Accessibility

DEL Records, Inc. wants every creator and fan to be able to use DEL Creators. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA across this site and the member app.

1. What we do

  • Semantic HTML with labeled form fields in both English and Spanish.
  • Visible keyboard focus, skip-to-content link, and logical tab order.
  • High-contrast dark theme measured against WCAG contrast ratios.
  • Touch targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels in the member app.
  • Reduced-motion support that honors your system preference.
  • Screen-reader text on status indicators and on the event check-in code flow.

2. Known limitations

  • Some campaign brief content is written by our team in Markdown and may occasionally miss image descriptions; we review briefs before publishing and fix gaps we find.
  • Links out to third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X) lead to experiences we do not control.
  • The event check-in QR screen depends on a scanner; staff at every DEL event can check members in manually as an alternative.

3. Feedback

If you hit a barrier, tell us and we will work with you to provide the information or function you need: creators@delrecords.com with subject "Accessibility". We aim to respond within five business days. This statement is reviewed with each major release of the Service.
