Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DEL Records, Inc. ("DEL," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information through the DEL Creators network at delcreators.com (the "Service"). It supplements and, for the Service, supersedes the general DEL Records privacy policy. If you reside in Mexico, the Spanish-language Aviso de Privacidad is the controlling notice for you.

1. Information we collect

• Identity and contact data: name, display name, legal name (for tax documents), email address, phone number, date of birth, country, state or region, and city.
• Social media data: the handles you give us for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X, self-reported follower counts, and content niches you select.
• Submissions: links, captions, drafts, screenshots, and related content you submit for campaigns, plus review outcomes and feedback.
• Payment information: payout method and the account detail needed to pay you (for example a PayPal email, Zelle or Venmo handle, or CLABE). We do not store card numbers.
• Tax documents: W-9 or W-8BEN forms you upload before receiving payment. These are stored in private, access-controlled storage; taxpayer identification numbers are never stored in our application database.
• Consent and usage records: versions of the terms and notices you accept, email preferences, and basic technical logs (hashed IP, browser type) kept for security.

2. How we use it

• Application review and operation of your membership.
• Inviting you to campaigns and events, review of your submissions, and processing payments, including legally required tax reporting.
• Sending transactional email (verification, campaign status, receipts) and, only with your separate opt-in, marketing email. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
• Security, fraud prevention, and compliance with law.

3. Service providers

We use a small number of processors under contract: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, storage, security, cookieless analytics) and Resend, Inc. (email delivery). Both process data in the United States. We do not use advertising networks on the Service.

4. We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Your rights

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. Members can export their data from profile settings.
• Correction: fix inaccurate information, in the app or by request.
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and data. We keep only what the law requires (for example tax and payment records) and a suppression entry so we stop emailing you.
• Portability: receive your data in a common machine-readable format.
• Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe at any time with one click; transactional email about your account continues.

To exercise any right, email privacy@delrecords.com. We respond within the time required by applicable law and never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

6. California notice

If you are a California resident, the categories above map to the CCPA categories of identifiers, professional information, user-generated content, and financial information, collected for the business purposes described in Section 2. You have the rights to know, delete, correct, and port your information, and the right to non-retaliation. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we honor the rights requests described in Section 5 through the same contact.

7. Retention

We keep membership data while your account is active. After deletion, remaining personal data is purged on a scheduled cycle, except records we must keep: tax and payment records for the legally required period, consent logs, and a minimal suppression record for email compliance. Sign-in tokens expire within days; inactive application drafts are deleted after 90 days.

8. Under 18

The Service is for adults only. We do not intentionally collect personal information from anyone under 18, and applications that fail the age requirement are not retained. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact privacy@delrecords.com and we will delete it.

9. Changes and contact
